Before contacting us

Open Family → Help, history and data → Diagnostics, run the full check and use Copy diagnostics. It does not include passwords or API keys.

Check that you have verified your email address and are using your personal account. If you forgot your password, use the link on the sign-in screen.

The Android subscription is managed through Google Play. A single Premium subscription enables the linked family according to the active plan.

You can delete your account from the app or submit a request without signing in through the dedicated page.
