1. Service
Bimbi Insieme is an organizational tool for parents and authorized adults who share calendars, events, expenses, requests and information related to family management. It does not replace legal agreements, court orders, emergency services or professional advice.
2. Eligibility and accounts
Users must be adults and authorized to use and share the data they enter. Each user uses a personal account, verifies their email address and is responsible for keeping credentials confidential. The family code must be shared only with the person authorized to join the family.
3. Shared data and user responsibility
Information entered in the family space is visible to other authorized members. Users agree to enter only relevant and accurate data that they are authorized to process and share. Health data or other particularly sensitive information should be entered only when genuinely necessary and when the user has a valid basis for sharing it.
4. Calendar, requests and history
Day-request, swap, approval, rejection, counterproposal and history features are intended to support organization. Records in the app do not independently modify legal agreements or external orders.
5. AI Assistant
The AI Assistant is optional, may be available only on certain plans and requires separate activation. It may make mistakes or misunderstand a request. Every proposed action must be reviewed and confirmed by the user before it is saved. The AI does not provide legal, medical or financial advice.
6. Free plan, Premium and trial
Some features may be available for free and others may require the family Premium plan. If an initial trial managed by Bimbi Insieme is offered, its duration and conditions are shown in the app. Access to Premium features ends or is limited when the relevant entitlement expires, without automatically deleting historical data compatible with the Free plan.
7. Google Play payments and renewals
In the Android app, subscriptions are purchased through Google Play. Price, duration, automatic renewal, taxes and applicable conditions are shown by Google Play before purchase. The subscription can be managed or cancelled in Google Play settings. Refunds are governed by Google Play rules and applicable mandatory consumer rights.
8. Acceptable use
The service must not be used for unauthorized access, harassment, unlawful content, attempts to bypass limits or security controls, interference with the service, or processing data without a valid legal basis.
9. Availability and changes
The service also depends on third-party infrastructure and providers and may be subject to maintenance, updates or outages. Features may evolve for security, compliance, technical compatibility or product improvement. Material changes to these Terms are communicated in the app where required.
10. Account deletion
Users can delete their account from the app or submit a request through the public Account and data deletion page. If another authorized member remains, shared family data may remain available to that member; if no other member remains, the family space is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Limitations
Bimbi Insieme is provided as an organizational tool. To the extent permitted by law, users remain responsible for decisions made based on information entered or displayed. Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
12. Applicable law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law applicable to the relationship with the operator, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights and competent forum established by consumer-protection law.
